Who can attend the World Congress?
While the XXIII FIT World Congress is historically a meeting of individual members of FIT member associations, everyone with an interest in translation, interpreting, and terminology is welcome to attend.
Individuals who are members of FIT member associations receive a discounted registration fee.
What's involved
Congress registration includes access to all presentations and the exhibition hall, morning/afternoon tea, and lunch. The Welcome Reception and Awards Ceremony at the end of Day 1 (September 4) will also be included.
Registrants will need to book and pay for their own registration, accommodation, travel and expenses. More information on recommended accommodation will be released along with registration details.
A Congress Dinner will also be held on Day 2 (September 5). Tickets for the dinner are not included in registration and can be booked separately.
